Servings 1 Litre

  • 1 L Water
  • 30 g High quality Cylon Tea If you like stronger flavour, you can add more.
  • 200 g Condensed milk
  • 350 g Evaporated milk, or fresh milk
  • 100 g Sugar

  • Boil water in a pot over medium - high heat.
  • Put Cylon tea in a filter bag.
  • Put the bag in the boiling water and let it boil over low heat for about 5 minutes. Use a spatula to press the tea bag and turning the bag while doing it. This will allow the tea to come out more. If you like strong flavours, you can press until the tea is very dark. I like darker tea so I press for about 5 minutes to get the consistency that I like. You can try and taste it while cooking, to get your prefer flavour.
  • Add sugar, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. I recommend to add a small portion of sugar and condensed milk at a time, and constantly tasting because you may like a less sweet taste. If it's too sweet then it's harder to adjust.
Stir until dissolved and taste the flavour until you like it. You will want the flavour to be a little over sweeter than what you usually like because once you put the tea in the ice, the flavour will drop.
  • Leave the tea to cool down before serving. To serve, put the tea in ice and top with a dash of fresh milk.
