These 2 recipes of dipping sauce I’m sharing with you is perfect for BBQ night. The green (Seafood sauce) is great for seafood and the red (Jaew sauce) is perfect for grilled meat and vegetable.

Thai green seafood sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 Spicy green chilies
  • 1.5 Cloves Garlic peeled and chop roughly
  • ¼ C Cilantro (Including the root)
  • ¼ C Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Palm/coconut sugar

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredient into a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Serve with seafood.

Jaew sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Thai chili flake
  • 2 Tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Palm/coconut sugar
  • 1 Tsp Toasted sticky rice crushed
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • Tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro chopped roughly
  • 2 Tbsp Shallot sliced thinly

Instructions
 

  • Melt sugar with water and tamarind paste in a pot. When it's done, take the pot out of the stove and add the rest of the ingredient. stir well and serve with grilled meat and vegetable.
